Viviana Aldous is a trial litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes. Viviana has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of matters, including contract disputes, product liability claims, securities and derivative lawsuits, employment disputes, environmental litigation, class actions, and appeals.  She has successfully briefed and argued motions before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Viviana clerked for the Honorable Jacques L. Wiener, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Honorable Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Viviana received her Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Chicago Legal Forum. Viviana received a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in Plan II Honors and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was Editor-in-Chief of The Daily Texan.

Viviana serves on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Louisiana chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. She holds a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
