Hannah Darbès is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Paris Office. She joined the firm in 2018. Hannah has significant experience advising clients in the energy, oil and gas, automotive, construction and mining and natural resources sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in both commercial arbitrations and investor state arbitrations.
Hannah acts as counsel in cross border litigations and large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under all the main arbitral institutions and applicable rules including the ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, UNCITRAL, PCA and ICSID.
Hannah also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations including setting aside proceedings and regularly counsels companies and their senior executives in connection with civil and commercial proceedings in France and abroad.
Hannah works under both common and civil law regimes and is fluent in French, English, and German.
