Dr. Holger Hiss is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) working in Quinn Emanuel’s Stuttgart office. His practice focuses on domestic and international IP-litigation as well as antitrust litigation.
Holger graduated from the University of Freiburg in 2012, while having spent a year abroad at the University of Valencia, Spain. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe in 2014. His clerkship included stages at a top- tier international law firm in Munich and a German think tank, tasked with evaluating EU draft legislation on an economic and legal basis. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, he practiced litigation and legal consulting as an associate at an international law firm focusing on M&A, commercial and antitrust law.
Holger is a current member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), the Association for Antitrust Law (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) and the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein).
