Owen F. Roberts

Owen Roberts is a partner in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office.  He drafts arguments that win cases, from motions to dismiss all the way through appellate briefs.  He also maintains an active trial practice, where he is involved with every phase of the trial presentation from cross-examination to jury instructions.  Owen regularly practices in federal and state court in both New York, where he is currently one of Quinn Emanuel’s newest partners, and California, where he was previously a member of Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office.  He is a member of the bar of both New York and California, as well as several federal courts.

Owen graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was the Coordinating & Outreach Chair of the Harvard Law Review, in 2014.  Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Dana Fabe of the Supreme Court of Alaska and the Honorable Judge Katherine Forrest of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
