He is running six class actions in the Supreme Court of NSW against vehicle manufacturers arising out of the Takata airbags recalls.
He has also led a number of prominent class actions, including a class action against the operators of Wivenhoe and Somerset Dam in relation to the January 2011 flooding of thousands of homes and businesses in South-East Queensland. He has acted in numerous product liability cases in the United States as Australian counsel, including representing the families and survivors after two military helicopters collided and crashed, killing 18 Australian special forces troops and injuring several others. Clients regularly comment on his strategic acumen, judgement and ability to generate successful outcomes.
